We issue a year’s guarantee on the complete range of Well Done™ and Mtec products.
The guarantee applies to both starters and the xenon lamps, provided no other cause is detected which may have affected the life expectancy of the system.

Should a defect occur, please contact the supplier from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will then ensure that the product is either repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Products that are to be replaced or repaired under the terms of guarantee should always be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Failure to produce this purchase receipt will result in the guarantee being declared null and void.

During the process of the lamp’s development, close consideration was paid to the focus of the conventional lighting and the original headlamp. Our products are manufactured in an ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified production environment, with a view to maintaining the highest possible quality standards. Furthermore, all of our products carry the E11 mark of approval.

In addition, the manufacturers of Well Done™ and Mtec endeavour to achieve continuous product innovation and quality improvement, with a view to ensuring that our products remain first class. As a result, they have a failure ratio of less than 0.025%.
